RETURNS

General Return Policy

Items purchased at Keikikover.com are returnable within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging. Any damages must be reported within 30 days of purchase for a refund and/or replacement. Anything returned after 30 days that has been used or damaged will be sent back at the customer's cost.

Sale Item Return Policy

Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns for items purchased from a retailer other than Keikikover.com

If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through a retailer.

For Returns

Please send us an email at service@keikikover.com and put Return Request in the subject line. You will be contacted shortly with instructions to complete the return.

For Exchanges

Please send us an email at service@keikikover.com and put Exchange Request in the subject line. In your message please include your name, items you would like to exchange, and reason for exchange. You will be contacted shortly with instructions on how to complete the exchange.

For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keiki Kover is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Once the original item(s) are received at Keiki Kover, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for Keiki Kover to refund your credit card upon receipt.
